Rates are based on double occupancy. For any additional person(s) sharing a room, there is an additional charge. Additional guests in a room and in the apartment are allowed by prior arrangement only.
Rates are subject to change except on confirmed reservations.
State and local taxes are additional and total 9.7%.

We welcome children over six years of age in the Inn's guestrooms - and children of all ages in our guest apartment.
Please note that breakfast is not provided for the apartment.
Payment: Deposits (one half of the total amount for a multiple-night stay or full payment for a one-night stay) by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express or by personal check within seven days of making reservation. Balance by cash, credit card, or travelers' check.
Security: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell to anyone, nor use in any way, other than for purposes of your reservation, any personally identifiable information (i.e. IP addresses, cookie information, etc.), which may be automatically received in the normal course of the on-line reservation process.
Cancellation: As a small business, cancellations affect us greatly. Once we commit to hold a room for you, we turn subsequent inquiries away. In the unfortunate situation where you need to cancel your reservation, deposits are refundable (less $30 per room service charge) on reservations canceled more than 21 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 21 days or less prior to arrival require that the room be re-rented for all nights reserved in order to provide a refund less a $30 per room charge. (If we are able to re-rent the room at a reduced rate the refund will reflect that reduction).
On reservations made more than six months in advance or multiple room reservations, a 30-day cancellation policy applies. Changes and modifications in existing reservations are subject to the above 21/30-day cancellation policy. Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to above cancellation policy.
We highly recommend travel insurance to protect against last-minute emergencies. There are sites such as www.InsureMyTrip.com where one can get quotes from many insurance providers.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3 to 6 PM. Special arrangements must be made for check-in after 6 PM. Check-out is by 11 AM.
Smoking: Captain Tom Lawrence House Inn is a non-smoking inn. Non-observance of this will incur a $250 fee.
Parking: Parking (one space per room, nothing in tow) is available for registered guests.
Damages: If your stay at the Inn results in any significant damage or loss to Inn property, we will need to charge you for the value of the replacement or repair. We will notify you immediately of our concern; please feel free to call us to discuss the issue.
Pets: We are occasionally able to accommodate well-behaved pets in certain rooms, at an additional fee of $30/day. Please call to inquire if this is possible for your stay. In cases where we can accept dogs, they may never be left in a room without the owner present. There are also kennels and 'doggie daycare' facilities nearby that we can recommend, as well as sitters available through DogVacay.com. Undisclosed pets brought into our rooms and apartment will incur a $250 fee.
Security: Valuables such as travel documents, credit cards and personal property are the full responsibility of the individual guest. The Captain Lawrence Inn is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables while staying at the inn. Management is not responsible for damage to any auto or loss of contents in the auto while parked at the Inn.
