Falmouth is situated at the southwest corner of Cape Cod. It is 68 miles to the south of Boston, 70 miles east of Providence, Rhode Island, and 230 miles from New York City. Falmouth lies 13 miles south of the Cape Cod Canal on Route 28.

From the north, cross canal on the Bourne Bridge and follow Route 28 into Falmouth. Stay on Route 28 into the village area until you see a directional sign for Woods Hole to the right. Turn right at the sign (on Locust Street, AKA. Woods Hole Road). The inn is the fifth house on the right... # 75 Locust Street.
